Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, contact us with:

Approved exchanges will be processed on a one‑to‑one replacement basis.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us with your order number and photos of the item received. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return postage for verified errors will be reimbursed. If the correct item is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

Third‑Party Purchases

Products bought from other retailers are subject to the return policy of the respective seller, not THYSEED MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

13. Delivery

  • Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 5 working days.

  • Delivery will be made to the address you provided.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, volume, or unforeseen delays.

Bounced / Undelivered Parcels

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer error, our courier will attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to charge reasonable redelivery or storage fees for repeated failed delivery caused by your fault.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes only when full payment is received.
